• Manage and lead a team of Banca Relationship Managers / Sales Managers.
• Drive life insurance business through assigned bank branches and banking partners.

• Conduct regular branch visits and support the team in generating and converting leads.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in Life Insurance / Banca / BFSI sales.
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Experience managing Banca or bank-partnered insurance business will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship management and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
