Job summary

AMS is seeking a Territory Manager for TMT Steel in Medininagar, Jharkhand. You will drive sales, manage dealers and distributors, and expand market presence.

The role requires BE/B.Tech and 4–10 years of experience; preference for candidates from Building Material / Steel / Cement industries. You will organize promotions, coach partners, and address customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in a relevant field.
• 4–10 years of sales experience in steel or building materials.
• Experience in dealer/distributor networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Revenue Generation
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT products in the assigned territory.
• Drive sales through dealer/distributor networks and direct sales to key clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market penetration.
• Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to increase brand visibility and product adoption.
• Organize promotional activities like contractor meets, dealer events, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products to channel partners.
• Provide training and support to channel partners on product features and sales strategies
• Engage with contractors, builders, and architects to promote TMT products.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Territory Manager - Sales (TMT Product) will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor and dealer networks, and expanding the market share of TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) steel products within the assigned territory. The role demands a blend of strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and relationship management with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
