Job summary

Safelift is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Coordinator in Kolkata, India. You will identify, monitor, and participate in government and industrial tenders, and prepare techno-commercial bids, BOQs, and quotations.

Collaboration with engineering, sales and finance teams ensures accurate tender documentation and timely submission. You will manage tender status and client data via CRM, ensuring compliance with terms and timelines, while supporting order finalization and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in government tendering or industrial sales support.
• Proficient in CRM software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail with strong coordination and communication skills.
