Job summary

TUV SUD South Asia in Noida (Sector 142) seeks a Manager-Tendering to lead bid preparations for renewables like solar, wind, BESS, pump storage and nuclear. You will oversee technical and commercial bids, MIS, and liaison with government and corporate clients.

The role requires 8 years total experience with 5+ years in bidding, a B.Tech in an engineering discipline, and familiarity with GEM government portals; TPIA/PMC exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Total 8 years of experience with 5+ years in bidding.
• Proficiency in bid documentation and government portals (GEM).
• Experience with TPIA/PMC is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents for renewables sectors (solar, wind, BESS, Pump Storage, Nuclear).
• Generate MIS and prepare presentations, reports.
• Bid preparation for technical and commercial bids and liaise with government/corporate clients.

Position Summary

• Responsible for preparation of tender documents for renewables sectors - solar, wind, BESS, Pump Storage, Nuclear. Prior background. Atleast 5 years of core bidding experience.
• Should have Proficiency in bid documentation, MS Office, Powerpoint, excel, AI platforms, PowerBI
• Responsibility and Authority
• Well versed with bidding process at government/ GEM portals. Preparation of technical and commercial bids.
• Generation of relevant MIS
• Business Development and client liaisoning with government and corporate clients.
• Preparing presentations, MIS, Reports

Education and Experience

1. 1. B.Tech. Civil, Electrical, Mechanical.
2. 2. Total 8 years exp and out of 5+yrs of experience of bidding
3. 3. working with TPIA/PMC will be added advantage.
