Job summary

TÜV SÜD South Asia Pvt. Ltd. in Noida seeks an experienced Manager-Tendering to lead the preparation of technical and commercial bids for renewables sectors, including solar, wind, BESS, and more.

You will manage government and GEM portal processes, create MIS, and liaise with government and corporate clients from a home-office setup. The role requires at least 5 years in bidding, a B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical, and proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, AI platforms and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bidding experience.
• Proficiency in bid documentation and MS Office tools.
• Experience with government and GEM portals.
• Experience in renewables bidding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Well versed with bidding process at government/GEM portals. Preparation of technical and commercial bids.
• Generation of relevant MIS

Position Summary

• Responsible for preparation of tender documents for renewables sectors - solar, wind, BESS, Pump Storage, Nuclear. Prior background. Atleast 5 years of core bidding experience.
• Should have Proficiency in bid documentation, MS Office, Powerpoint, excel, AI platforms, PowerBI

Responsibility and Authority

• Well versed with bidding process at government/ GEM portals. Preparation of technical and commercial bids.
• Generation of relevant MIS
• Business Development and client liaisoning with government and corporate clients.
• Preparing presentations, MIS, Reports

Education And Experience

• B.Tech – Civil, Electrical, Mechanical.
• 5+yrs of experience of bidding
• working with TPIA/PMC will be added advantage.
