Job summary

Climate Detox Group is seeking a Tender Executive with 2–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding or proposal management within the Solar industry to identify and track relevant tenders from Government, PSU and corporate portals.

You will review NITs, RFPs and BOQs, prepare technical and commercial bid documents, coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Procurement teams, ensure compliance, and maintain a database of tenders and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of tendering, bidding or proposal management experience.
• Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Power, Electrical EPC or Infrastructure preferred.
• Graduate or Diploma; BE/BTech in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track relevant Government, PSU and Corporate tenders through online tender portals
• Review NITs, RFPs, BOQs, eligibility criteria and technical/commercial requirements
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bid documents, quotations and BOQs
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and Procurement teams for timely bid preparation
• Ensure completeness and compliance of all tender documentation before submission
• Track corrigendums, amendments, pre-bid queries, deadlines and tender results
• Coordinate EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees and other required documentation with Finance
• Maintain a database of ongoing, submitted, awarded and upcoming tenders
• Support management in analysing tender opportunities and improving bid success rates
