Search Advisers Services Guj is seeking a skilled Tendering & Bid Manager to identify opportunities, review technical/commercial documents, and coordinate with multiple departments for timely and compliant tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 34 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or bid management.
• Experience in engineering, EPC, process equipment, manufacturing, or construction industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities through portals and registered sources.
• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and RFQs for feasibility.
• Prepare and submit accurate, competitive proposals within deadlines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Procurement, Finance, Production, and Projects for bid prep.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors/subcontractors for cost estimation.
• Conduct tender review meetings and support bid strategy including go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender specs, and company policies.
• Assist in contract clarifications and commercial negotiations with clients.
• Maintain records of tender submissions and monitor bid status until award.
• Track tender performance and provide recommendations to improve bid success rates.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market pricing, and tendering practices.
