Job summary

APPCS in Chennai seeks a detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to support identification, preparation and submission of tenders for electrical panel and MEP projects. You will coordinate with internal engineering functions and ensure timely bid participation.

The role involves tracking tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals, reviewing documents, and compiling compliant submission files. 1-2 years experience preferred; diploma/degree in Electrical is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of tender coordination or estimation support experience.
• Familiarity with GeM portal and e-tendering platforms preferred.
