Qualifications

• Comfortable with GeM / state e-tender portals, MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Organised, deadline-driven and careful with documents.

Responsibilities

• Track e-procurement portals and newspapers daily for tenders that match the company’s media services.
• Prepare complete bid documents – eligibility papers, technical write-ups, price sheets and EMD details.
• Upload and submit bids before the deadline and follow each one through opening and award.
• Collect vendor quotations, compare rates and raise purchase orders for printing, outdoor and event work.
• Coordinate with the campaign team so that won work is executed on time and within budget.
• Keep tender trackers and procurement MIS up to date in Google Sheets and Excel.
