We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for an IT Infrastructure company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing technical and commercial documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track Government, PSU and Private IT Infrastructure tenders.
  
• Monitor tender portals and relevant e-procurement platforms for new opportunities.
  
• Review RFPs, RFQs, NITs, BOQs and tender documents.
  
• Check eligibility criteria, technical specifications, scope of work and commercial requirements.
  
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial tender proposals.
  
• Collect required documents from Sales, Technical, Finance and Management teams.
  
• Prepare BOQ, compliance sheets, bid forms, declarations and supporting documents.
  
• Coordinate for EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees and other bid requirements.
  
• Upload and submit tenders within prescribed deadlines.
  
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for technical specifications, authorization letters and quotations.
  
• Maintain tender trackers, submission records and bid-status reports.
  
• Follow up on tender results, clarifications, negotiations and purchase orders.
  

Requirements

• Experience in Tender Management / Bid Management / Proposal Coordination.
  
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure products and solutions.
  
• Knowledge of Networking, Servers, Storage, Cybersecurity, CCTV, UPS, Data Centre and related IT products is an advantage.
  
• Strong ability to read and understand RFPs, RFQs, BOQs and technical specifications.
  
• Good knowledge of Government e-Tender / e-Procurement portals.
  
• Excellent documentation and proposal-preparation skills.
  
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
  
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
  
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
  
• Knowledge of OEM authorization, compliance documents and bid processes will be an advantage
