Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in relevant fields with 60%+ marks
• Minimum 1–2 years in tender application processes or GEM/ETendering

Responsibilities

• Search and analyze government and private tenders
• Prepare and submit online/offline tender documents
• Handle GEM Portal, IREPS, and E-Tendering platforms

• Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation
• Maintain tender records and submission schedules
• Support government liaisoning and business development

The candidate will be responsible for handling government and private tendering activities, online bid submissions, documentation management, business development coordination, and liaisoning with government departments and public sector organizations. Candidates should have practical knowledge of GEM Portal, IREPS, E-Tendering systems, Digital Signature processes, manual tender submission, and government procurement procedures. The role requires strong English communication skills, fast reading habits, technical understanding, and the ability to work under deadlines. Fresh Engineering graduates may also apply for Internship / Trainee opportunities to develop professional skills in tendering and government business operations.
