Intern/Trainee – Tender Operations
Job Location: Vasai West / Nalasopara East (Mumbai) and Delhi‑NCR
Program Duration
11 month internship with progressive stipend and skill‑development training.
Responsibilities
- Search for and review tenders across various portals (GEM, IREPS, etc.).
- Analyze tender requirements, competitor strategy, and pricing.
- Prepare tender documents and proposals, including bid statements and technical justifications.
- Submit tenders and follow up on the status and award letters.
- Document and manage relevant tender information, including LOA and critical sections.
- Assist with related clerical and back‑office tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with any skill‑set certificate; no prior experience required.
- Pass out or current year batch of B.Sc., BBA, or 12th grade.
- English, Hindi, Marathi or Gujarati language proficiency.
- Age limit: 18 to 45 years.
Stipend Structure (Monthly)
- 1‑3 months: 5,000 – 7,500 INR
- 4‑5th month: 5,500 – 8,000 INR
- 6‑7th month: 6,000 – 8,500 INR
- 8th month: 7,000 – 9,500 INR
- 9th month: 7,500 – 10,000 INR
- 10th month: 8,500 – 11,000 INR
- 11th month: 9,500 – 13,000 INR
- Post‑internship salary range: 10,000 – 15,000 INR (subject to final interview performance).
Benefits
- Paid holidays: 52 days during internship, 10 public holidays, 62 days total. After appointment: 14 paid holidays.
- Annual increment: 3 % – 15 % based on performance.
- Promotion opportunities every 2 to 3 years, subject to vacancy availability, with 5 % – 20 % hike.
- Experience certificate issued after 3 months and full employment certificate upon internship completion.
Selection Process
- Round 1 – Telephonic screening based on CV match.
- Round 2 – Technical interview, computer test, and skill assessment.
- Round 3 – Final financial interview for appointment consideration.
