Job summary

Siddharth Infra Power Limited is seeking a dedicated Tender Executive to identify relevant tenders, collect and review documents, and prepare technical and commercial bid proposals. The role requires coordination with engineering, finance, and project teams to meet client requirements and comply with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering, bid preparation, and documentation within infrastructure, power, or EPC projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial comparison of bids.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with online tender portals and e-procurement systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, contracts, and regulatory requirements related to power sector projects.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, or a related field; experience in the EHV or power sector is an advantage.

Role Description

The Tender Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Surat Area. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and preparing technical and commercial bid proposals in line with company standards and client requirements. The Tender Executive coordinates with engineering, finance, and project teams to gather necessary inputs, ensures timely submission of bids, and maintains records of tenders, clarifications, and communications. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring tender portals, tracking deadlines, supporting negotiations, and contributing to post-bid follow-up and documentation to help secure and manage new projects.
