Qualifications

• Experience in identifying, preparing and submitting tenders for government and private sectors.
• Strong track record in furniture manufacturing, supply and interior furnishing tenders.
• Familiarity with GeM, CPP Portal and e-Procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant tenders for furniture and interior projects.
• Prepare, review and submit tender documents within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for specifications, pricing and supporting docs.
• Prepare BOQs, compliance sheets, and technical/commercial bids.
• Monitor bid status and maintain records of submissions.
• Handle EMDs, bank guarantees, registrations and prequalification docs.
• Follow up with clients for clarifications and award notifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant government and private sector tenders related to furniture and interior projects.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
• Handle GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and other tendering platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical specifications, pricing, and supporting documents.
• Prepare BOQs, compliance sheets, commercial bids, and technical bids.
• Monitor tender status and maintain records of submitted bids.
• Ensure all tender documentation complies with client requirements and company standards.
• Follow up with clients regarding bid clarifications, amendments, and award notifications.
• Maintain a database of tender opportunities, bid submissions, and project outcomes.
• Coordinate with management for bid strategy, costing, and contract execution support.
• Handle EMDs, bank guarantees, vendor registrations, and prequalification documents.
