Candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English, handle multi-tasking, and contribute to tenant satisfaction surveys and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate with retail background preferred.
• 5-7 years of tenant relations experience in a mall/retail property management environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between tenants and mall management; daily point of contact for retailer relations.
• Foster close relationships between tenants and management team.
• Disseminate information on operational matters to tenants.
• Ensure tenants are aware of standards, products and services.
• Attend to tenant needs in the shopping mall.
• Provide consultations to tenants on business or operations needs.
• Evaluate shop concepts, image, merchandise, selling strategies, and services.
• Design, conduct, and interpret tenant satisfaction surveys.
• Manage projects to meet tenant performance objectives and report on retail development.
• Monitor and analyze tenant sales data, opportunities, risks and performance trends.
• Provide performance metrics to senior mall management.
• Generate tenant activity reports and contribute to Tenant Handbook.
• Ensure compliance with industry mall and governmental regulations.

Shifts : Weekly 6 week offs ,6 Days Working As per roaster

Dress Code : Yes, Formal Blazer (provided by Organisation)

Age Limit - Only Female , upto 34 years

Duties & Responsibilities

Liaison between the Tenants and the Mall Management Team

1. Assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management the for Tenant portfolio
2. Foster closer relationship between tenants and the management team
3. Dissemination of information to the tenants on all operational matters
4. Ensure all tenants and key stakeholders are aware of the standards, products and services
5. Attend to needs of tenants in shopping mall
6. Provide consultations to tenants on their business or operations needs
7. Evaluate and provide advice to tenants on matters such as shop concept, image, merchandise, selling strategies and services
8. Design, conduct, evaluate and interpret tenant satisfaction surveys

Tenant Performance Management

1. Manage projects to meet key objectives that drive the performance of tenants
2. Maintain systems for collating and reporting on retail development and performance
3. Collection and evaluation of tenant sales data trends, opportunities and risks to identify areas of opportunities
4. Monitor and analyze tenants mid to long term performances to ensure tenants performance meets the Centre objectives
5. Provide report performance metrics to the senior Mall Management team

Operational Management

1. Generate the Tenant Activity Management Reports and recommendations
2. Develop and implement the shop level tenant visitation schedule
3. Provide input to the Tenant Handbook
4. Ensure Retail Tenant Adherence to Industry, Mall and Governmental Regulatory

Standards and Procedures

• Identify and ensure that the standards are communicated to all tenants and implemented accordingly
