Job summary

HDFC Bank Limited in India is seeking a branch professional to acquire and manage liability products, including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits, while ensuring complete KYC onboarding and regulatory compliance.

You will drive branch liability business through lead generation, customer visits, relationship building, and portfolio deepening; cross-sell banking, digital, and third-party products to boost engagement and branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage liability products including Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.
• Ensure seamless customer onboarding with complete KYC, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive branch liability business through lead generation, customer visits, relationship building, and portfolio deepening.
• Crosssell banking, digital, and thirdparty products to enhance customer engagement and overall branch performance.
• Deliver highquality service at the branch, resolving customer queries and supporting operational efficiency.
• Handle daily cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and balance enquiries with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain strict adherence to KYC, operational guidelines, cash limits, and audit compliance.
• Deliver courteous, efficient counterlevel service while resolving customer queries related to cash and basic account services.
• Ensure errorfree cash tallying, branch vault management support, and timely reporting of discrepancies.
• Promote digital banking, assist customers with basic product information, and support branch service initiatives.
