Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Delhi is hiring a cash operations executive to drive ACH activation and ensure AFC collection from the allocated pool as per monthly targets. You will manage cash operations, deposit cash within one working day, maintain denomination records, review reports for no exceptions, and support the branch in achieving FD, MF and Insurance targets.

Preferred candidate is a graduate with 1–3 years of cash handling experience in NBFC/BFSI, with accuracy, integrity, and strong time

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-3 years of cash handling experience in NBFC/BFSI.
• Proven cash management capability and attention to detail.
• Familiar with financial products and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive ACH activation for customers as per defined targets.
• Ensure AFC collection from allocated pool as per monthly targets.
• Manage cash operations, including timely cash deposition within one working day.
• Maintain cash register with denomination details accurately.
• Review CHP/ONR/ONN/receipt cancellation reports and ensure no exceptions.
• Support branch in achieving FD, MF, and Insurance business targets.
• Ensure timely PDD updation (RC, Invoice, Insurance) within SLA.
• Prevent short cash out instances and ensure zero delays in cash-out processes.
• Collaborate with Branch Head and operations team for smooth functioning.
• Maintain compliance with audit and operational standards.
