Felco Digital Kisok Systems in Chennai is seeking a Telecaller to join our sales/customer support team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage customers with a confident phone manner.

Role requires fluency in English and Tamil, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. This is a full-time position with targets for daily and monthly calling activities, and coordination with the sales

Qualificações

• Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
