Cosma Fertility in Noida is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to connect with patient leads, understand their needs, build trust, and convert qualified leads into doctor consultation bookings.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, explain Cosma Fertility's services, maintain professional communication, and meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets while working in a work-from-office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience.
• Healthcare, fertility, hospital, or wellness experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi + relevant regional language proficiency is mandatory.
• Comfortable speaking with patients over calls.
• Target-oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a Work From Office environment.
