Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain company products: Home Theater, Automation, Acoustics, Interiors
• Convert inquiries into showroom visits or site visits
• Maintain CRM and daily report entries
• Answer customer questions regarding pricing & services
• Follow up on leads and achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service during calls

Skills & Requirements
