Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role based in Patna. The Telemarketing Specialist will make outbound calls to prospective learners and clients, introduce iT Brain Eduserv’s programs, and generate qualified leads for admissions and sales teams. Daily responsibilities include explaining course offerings, answering questions, providing accurate information, and maintaining a professional and courteous tone in all interactions. The role involves recording call details in CRM or internal systems, following up with interested prospects, and meeting call volume, conversion, and follow-up targets. The Telemarketing Specialist will also collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth experience from initial contact through enrollment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support enrollment or program sales.


• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly, listen actively, and build trust over the phone.


• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience.


• Candidates should be comfortable working with basic computer applications, CRM or calling tools, and maintaining accurate records.

• Prior telemarketing, call center, or education sales experience is beneficial.
