Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site TELE Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The TELE CALLER will make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain loan products, respond to inquiries, and guide potential clients through the application process. Responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer information in internal systems, and following up with leads to ensure timely conversion. The role involves verifying customer details, clarifying documentation requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing. The TELE CALLER is expected to meet daily call and follow-up targets while delivering courteous, clear, and professional communication at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu , English and Hindi languages, with clear, confident telephone manners.


• Customer service and client relationship skills, including the ability to handle queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.


• Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel).


• Sales and persuasion abilities to explain loan products, highlight benefits, and encourage applications without coercive practices.


• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple leads effectively.


• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, follow structured processes, and meet daily/weekly performance targets.


• Prior experience in telecalling, financial services, banking, or loan processing is an advantage but not mandatory.


• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in commerce, finance, or related fields is beneficial.
