Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma (preferred).
• 2–10 years in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or related field.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.
• Convincing and negotiation skills with target-driven attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
