Role Description

Daily tasks include explaining program offerings, updating call records in the CRM, scheduling appointments, and following up with interested prospects. The role involves handling inquiries, addressing basic questions about courses and countries, and guiding individuals toward the next steps in the counseling process. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with the counseling and sales teams to meet call targets and support overall enrollment objectives.
