Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Matunga Mumbai. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce insurance products, explain benefits, and generate interest. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for advisors, maintaining accurate call and customer records, and following up on inquiries to support conversions. The role involves working closely with the sales team, adhering to call scripts and compliance guidelines, and meeting or exceeding daily and weekly performance targets. The Telemarketer will also participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
