Job summary

Prodapt Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect to identify best-fit architectural solutions for multiple projects, develop application designs, and guide delivery teams with ongoing support and governance.

You will engage with business clients, IT and project managers to ensure timely delivery, communicate status, and evangelize design principles, microservices and modern technologies to enable scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
• Eight or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect.
• Experience in service-oriented architecture and web applications architecture across platforms and tools.
• Experience in Telecom BSS stack and various COTS products across BSS.
• Ability to document end-to-end solution design and facilitate alignment commitment.
• Knowledge to document solutions architecture from requirements.
• Knowledge of Microservices and Spring Boot.
• Ability to define workflow and business process management.
• Experience in identifying process improvements.
• Experience in assisting operation and testing teams for production issues.
• Experience in providing technical and process guidance to IT teams.
• Experience in building positive relationships with business and IT teams.

Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, develop application design and provide regular support/guidance to delivery teams. Demonstrate Omni-channel thinking and engagement creation experience. Provide solutions for multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with business clients, subject matter experts, IT and internal project managers to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and status communication to all involved parties. Drive digital innovation by leveraging innovative new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing technology base to optimize user experience. Understand complex architectures and clearly communicate those architectures at both a technical and executive level. Find areas of agreement, brainstorm solutions, and gain consensus and alignment on solutions. Evangelize and teach best practices, system design principles and adoption of new technology or techniques. Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models. Complete ownership of one or more areas within solution architecture as well as lead a set of architects.

They should be able to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of existing, new and emerging technologies that enable and drive new business solutions and models. As a Solution Architect, you will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, develop application design and provide regular support/guidance to delivery teams.

Youll need to have:

• Bachelors or equivalent degree
• Eight or more years of work experience
• Four or more years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect
• Experience in service-oriented architecture, web applications architecture using multiple platforms and tools
• Experience in Telecom BSS stack and various COTS products across BSS.
• Ability to document end to end solution design, system impacts, and facilitate solution alignment commitment
• Knowledge in skills to facilitate and document solutions architecture based on sets of requirements
• Knowledge on software technologies, like Microservices, Spring Boot, etc.
• Ability to define Workflow and business process management
• Experience in proactively identifying and remediating areas for process improvements.
• Experience in assisting operation teams and testing teams for any production issues.
• Experience in providing technical and process guidance to various IT teams.
• Experience in creating positive relationships with business and IT teams

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience on enterprise Architecture tools (Visio, Mermaid, Sparx Enterprise architect etc.)
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of existing, new and emerging technologies that enable and drive new business solutions and models.
