The role emphasizes target-driven enrollment, follow-ups via phone and WhatsApp, maintaining records, and coordinating with trainers. Freshers with good communication are welcome; prior telecalling or education-counselling experience is a plus.

Krish Soft Technologies is an IT training and career support organization offering online training programs in Data Science, AI/ML, and other IT technologies. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented IT Education Counsellor / Telecalling Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and IT professionals.
• Explain IT training programs, course details, fees, and batch schedules.
• Understand candidates career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle inquiries and resolve basic course-related questions.
• Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
• Achieve individual and team enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams when required.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
