Job summary

Stride Future Technologies in Karnataka seeks a proactive telecaller/admissions executive to handle calls and WhatsApp enquiries, explain programs, and convert prospects into enrolments. You will allocate about 40% of your day to outreach and candidate engagement.

You will stay in touch with enrolled candidates, coordinate class schedules and mock interviews, chase those missing sessions, and log every interaction in the CRM or Sheets the same day.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident spoken English; IT job-seekers assess us by voice.
• Fluent Telugu; Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
• Patient, polite, and persistent; comfortable with repeating follow-ups.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel basics.
• Any graduate or undergraduate; telecalling, admissions, counselling or recruitment coordination experience is a bonus.
