Job summary

Redbrick Constructions is seeking a customer support executive to manage inquiries and leads for residential projects, villas, and plots. You will explain project features, pricing, and payment plans, and qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities include coordinating site visits, updating CRM, and ensuring smooth handovers with Sales. Strong communication, presentation, and customer-focused skills are essential, with Tamil and English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide information about residential projects, villas, and plots.
• Explain project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location, and purchase timeline.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads regularly and update lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the Sales team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Assist the Sales team in achieving monthly lead-conversion and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, CRM, Projects, and Accounts when required.
• Provide timely responses to customer queries and maintain a professional relationship with prospects.
