Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate new logistics/shipping leads.
• Explain and promote the company’s logistics & courier services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable shipping solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales.
• Maintain lead and customer records in CRM/MIS.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements:

• Open to both Freshers with strong communication skills and Experienced professionals (logistics, courier, or e-commerce background preferred).
• Hindi & English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM.
