Job summary

Pagaar India is hiring a Telecaller in Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves handling customer queries via call, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining logs per process requirements. Fresher-friendly with prior BPO experience a plus.

Strong verbal and written English communication is required. The candidate will follow SOPs, manage inbound and outbound interactions, and document all interactions in the system while aiming to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above.
