Dream Byte Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Tele Sales Executive to reach out to potential customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role involves outbound calling and relationship building in a dynamic environment. The candidate should have 0–2 years of tele sales, customer service, or similar experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or call center roles (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Prior experience in BPO, telesales, cold calling, or inside sales is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads, handle objections, and close sales within set timelines.
