Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business opportunities.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and customer onboarding.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, pre-sales, or outbound sales.
• Strong sales aptitude with excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to handle sales targets, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
• Confident communication and customer engagement skills.
• Experience in interior design, home interiors, or real estate sales will be preferred.
• A proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven approach.
