Synergy Client Services in Gurgaon, India, is seeking a Tele Sales Agent to handle Australian customers, selling solar and electricity-saving solutions.

You will make outbound calls, understand customer needs, handle objections, close sales, and maintain accurate CRM data while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in BPO/tele-sales
• Experience handling Australian customers is a plus
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
• Confident, persuasive and target-oriented
• Good objection-handling and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with CRM and calling systems
• Experience in Solar, Energy, Electricity, Telecom or Utility sales is a plus

We are an Australian company providing solar and electricity-saving solutions to residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Tele Sales Agent to join our India-based team based in Gurgaon and handle Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities
