Job summary

Elevate Hiring OPC Pvt Ltd in Gurugram seeks a dynamic outbound sales professional to promote solar energy solutions to Australian customers. You will educate clients on incentives and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.

This role offers training, quarterly incentive bonuses, and genuine growth opportunities within a fast-expanding renewable energy business. You will use CRM to track progress and aim to hit weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in international outbound calling (Australian market experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to Australian customers to promote solar panels, battery storage, and other energy efficiency upgrades.
• Educate customers on government and state-driven renewable energy incentives and rebates.
• Identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience in international outbound calling / voice processes (Australian market experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international markets.
• Familiarity with renewable energy, solar, real estate, gas & electricity, or energy efficiency products is an advantage, though not mandatory — full training will be provided.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
