Job summary

Synergy Client Services in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced BPO Manager to oversee our outbound sales operations for our Australian client.

You will lead tele-sales teams, drive performance, manage KPIs, and coordinate with Australian management. Excellent English communication is essential; experience with international processes is a plus.

• Proven experience managing sales teams.
