1. Job Overview

We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our growing team at RenewBuy, Sector 15, Noida. In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for potential clients, conducting outbound calls to present insurance products (Motor, Health, and Life Insurance), understand customer requirements, address queries, and drive end-to-end sales conversions while maintaining excellent service standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing warm/cold leads provided by the company to promote and sell insurance policies (Motor, Health, Life).
• Customer Consultation: Understand individual customer needs, explain insurance benefits, policy coverage details, and premium structures effectively.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed daily call volume targets, talk-time standards, and monthly sales conversion quotas.
• Objection Handling: Handle customer queries, doubts, and objections professionally to convince and guide them towards completing policy purchases.
• Lead Management & Follow-ups: Maintain timely follow-ups with interested prospects to build rapport and ensure smooth closure and policy issuance.
• CRM Maintenance: Accurately log call dispositions, lead status, customer feedback, and interaction records into the CRM software system.
• Compliance & Learning: Stay updated on internal product offerings, insurance guidelines, and IRDAI compliance standards.

3. Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Outbound Sales, BPO, or Customer Service. (Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Communication Skills: Fluency and strong convincing skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with using CRM software / dialers.
• Attributes: High energy, customer-focused, polite phone etiquette, active listening, and strong objection-handling ability.
