Job summary

Takecare Manpower Services is seeking a Tele collection Team Manager in Chennai to lead 3–5 team leaders and their teams. You will be responsible for meeting collection targets and coordinating with bank teams on daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of experience as a Team Lead in collections, with a graduate degree. Immediate joining is preferred; PF & ESI benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Team Lead or similar role.
• Experience in debt collection / tele-collection.
• Graduate degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience coordinating with bank teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a minimum of 3–5 team leaders and their teams.
• Achieve the specified collection targets.
• Coordinate with bank teams for day-to-day operations.
• Continuously monitor tele-calling teams' performance.
