Job summary

Digitide Solutions Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a capable operations supervisor to oversee a customer service team and manage day-to-day operations. You will maintain data inbound/back-office records, coordinate with departments, and drive resolutions while ensuring high client satisfaction.

• Awareness of basic operational metrics and verbiage to handle Day to day operational activity
• Responsible for Managing a Team set the standards to ensure that Client service levels are delivered effectively
• Coordinate with various departments and ensure faster resolutions
• Motivating the team and driving towards a high sense of satisfaction
• Give timely feedback to the team with a view towards improving Operational and individual efficiency
• maintaining the data Inbound / Back office & Escalation received by customers
• Ensuring maximum productivity
• Client interaction as and when required; incorporate feedback into the system.
• Provide inputs to the quality and training teams on various aspects for process improvement
• Drive towards high satisfied customers
