Takecare Manpower Services is seeking a Team Lead in Chennai for a BPO collections role. You will manage 3–5 Team Leaders and their teams, driving collection targets across portfolios and monitoring performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years as a Team Lead in BPO with a strong banking collections background and excellent communication skills, and there is a preference for immediate joiners.
