Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a senior strategic consultant to engage C-level stakeholders across OSS/BSS, networks and operations, mapping client needs to concrete solutions and ROI. You will drive large-scale transformations across Tier-1 Telcos and articulate compelling business cases to CTO/CIO audiences.

You will shape portfolio strategy, propose on-the-fly solutions, help grow regional accounts, and contribute to events and publications to strengthen Virtusa's ICT brand while owning revenue signings

Responsibilities

• Engage client C-level stakeholders and present pointed solutions to their problem statements.
• Articulate business problems convincingly with ROI-backed business cases in front of client C-levels.
• Manage client relationships and help grow regional accounts.
• Strategic thinker able to map portfolio and solutions on the fly to suit clients' needs.
• Lead large-scale transformational project delivery across multiple Tier 1 Telcos with deep architecture insights.
• Understand TMF Frameworx across EA layers of process, applications and data.
• Identify AI use cases to complement BSS, OSS or networks and create ROI business cases around them.
• Provide thought leadership in events and publications to distinguish Virtusa in the ICT space.
• Accountable for revenue and signings for the region and grow Consulting as a service line.

Job description

• Ability to engage client C level stakeholders and provide pointed solutions to their problem statements 2. Ability articulate business problems in a convincing and lucid manner substantiating business case in front of client C levels.
• Deep domain expertise across OSS, BSS, Networks and Ops and ability to engage with both CIO and CTO side of the organization with equal fenace.
• Manage client relationships and help grow regional accounts to double its size within a fixed period of time.
• Strategic thinker and planner and ability to map portfolio and solutions on the fly to suite clients needs
• Large scale transformational project delivery across multiple Tier 1 Telcos and deep down architecture domain insights.
• Understanding of TMF frameworx across EA layers of process applications and data.
• Understanding of creation of AI use cases in complimenting the domain of BSS, OSS or networks and create suitable RoI business case around it.
• Provide thought leadership in events, publications and help distinguish brand Virtusa in the ICT space.
• Accountable for both revenue and signings for the region and help grow Consulting as a service line within it.
