Qualifications

• Deep telecom domain knowledge across OSS/BSS, RAN, Core, IP, Transport, Radio, and ITSM.
• Strong architecture capability across cloud-native platforms, data, security and production readiness.
• Understanding of strategic KPIs, FinOps, cost-to-serve, and budget controls.
• Proven customer-facing consulting experience with senior leadership stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, storytelling and decision-making skills.
• Public Cloud certification and TM Forum frameworks familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior architecture lead and strategic advisor for Agentic AI-driven telecom transformation across Professional Services and NOC/SOC operations.
• Seed transformation programs by defining vision, operating model, blueprint, delivery approach and guardrails.
• Lead discovery, requirements design and solution shaping across telecom workflows and automation.
• Own technical delivery across architecture, data, cloud, security, testing, deployment and run readiness.
• Drive MTTR reduction, alert-noise reduction, faster triage, reliability and customer experience improvements.
• Partner with customers, cloud, product, engineering, network, security and operations teams to deliver scalable platforms.
• Support GTM/TTM and solution strategy through offers, estimations, proposals and executive narratives.
• Drive FinOps and governance across cloud consumption, budgets, cost optimization and KPI realization.
• Provide architecture governance across workstreams and global delivery teams.
• Establish reusable architecture frameworks, delivery playbooks, best practices and innovation patterns.

• Preferred qualifications include Public Cloud Professional certification, experience with Tier-1 telecom operators, TM Forum frameworks, OSS modernization, network automation, observability, automation and AIOps platforms.
