Job summary

William Hare India Pvt. Ltd in Chennai seeks a hands-on steel detailing professional with experience in secondary steel detailing, custom connection applications, connections, and marking plans to join our project teams.

You should know UK/American standard codes and Tekla Structural Steel; be able to manage drawings, model revisions, and coordinate with other trades in a fast-paced environment. BE or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in preparing drawings, editing, GA creation, TQ/RFI preparation, and managing delivery schedules.
• Must be able to handle projects independently if required.
• Must be self-motivated to manage, coordinate, and facilitate multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job description

Should have hands-on experience in working with secondary steel detailing, custom connection applications, connections, and marking plans.

Should have experience in the client's drawings, geometry of structures, model management, revision controls, and other trades.

Eligibility

• Hands-on experience in preparing drawings, editing, GA creation, TQ/RFI preparation, and managing delivery schedules.
• Must be able to handle projects independently if required.
• Must be self-motivated to manage, coordinate, and facilitate multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Candidate Profile

• Must have experience in UK/American standard codes.
• Preferable only from Tekla Structural Steel experience with the updated version.
