This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and team leadership experience. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, process automation, and team development, ensuring high availability and reliability of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the TechOps team.
• Job & Server Monitoring: Oversee job schedules, detect failures, and ensure uptime.
• File Transfers: Manage and secure SFTP, MFT, and automated file transfers.
• Incident Management: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and improve processes.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Technical Operations or IT Infrastructure.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Strong experience with monitoring tools.
