Qualifications

• Familiarity with incident management tools and scripting for automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, applications, and services to ensure availability and performance throughout the night shift.
• Respond promptly to technical incidents, troubleshoot issues, and elevate where necessary to minimize downtime or business impact.
• Collaborate with support teams and stakeholders to coordinate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date incident and service logs to track recurring issues and improvements.
• Assist with routine process audits, documentation, and compliance adherence.
• Facilitate smooth handover to day‑shift teams with documented reports and action plans.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies regarding data security, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Salary Range (India - Hyderabad Office)
