Job summary

Client of Mancer seeks a Chief of Staff to the Head of Technology to orchestrate the technology operating rhythm across delivery, governance and executive forums.

You will lead technology governance, define KPIs/OKRs, consolidate data across Engineering, Platforms, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Data teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration. You will coordinate globally distributed teams, support budget governance and resource tracking to ensure delivery against strategic plans.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Technology PMO, Program Management or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience supporting CTO, CIO, Head of Technology or equivalent executive leaders.
• Strong understanding of Software Engineering, Agile Delivery, Cloud, DevSecOps, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, IT Operations and Data platforms.
• MBA or Masters degree preferred; certifications in PMP/PGMP/PRINCE2/SAFe/ITIL desirable.
