Job summary

Jobtailor in Gurugram, India, seeks a senior leader to head the Technology PMO governance function. You will steer portfolio governance, support governance forums, and drive adoption of PMO processes, templates, and playbooks.

You will collaborate across global teams, manage SDLC and ITIL-aligned controls, deliver executive reporting, and ensure efficient stage gate governance with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in project, program, portfolio, governance, or process management within a technology or enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, portfolio management, SDLC, ITIL, financial tracking, risk and issue management, stage gate governance, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated experience leading India-based, offshore, or globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
