Job summary

Accenture seeks a Technology OpS Support Practitioner to own the integrity and governance of systems, delivering services from architectural and operational perspectives in line with established standards. You will support infrastructures and technology initiatives, focusing on Intune-based endpoint management and ITIL-aligned practices.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Intune/OSD experience, strong leadership, and a track record in governance and efficiency improvements within enterprise IT

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce ITIL-compliant policies for OSD, Intune, patching, policy deployment, and automation.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor engagements for endpoint management tools.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management related to patches, drivers, firmware, and automation.
• Plan and execute endpoint security and compliance initiatives, including vulnerability remediation.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency in deployments, patching, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor performance KPIs, CSAT, patch compliance, and automation coverage.
