Job summary

Accenture in Gurugram is seeking a Technology OpS Support Practitioner to own governance of OSD and Intune operations, aligning with ITIL standards and business objectives.

You will lead policy deployment, automation, and endpoint security initiatives, manage budgets and vendor engagements, and drive incident, change, and problem management for patches and drivers. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong leadership and strategic planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce ITIL-compliant policies for OSD, Intune, patching, policy deployment, and automation.
Manage budgets, resources, and vendor engagements for endpoint management tools.
Oversee incident, problem, and change management related to patches, drivers, firmware, and automation.
