Summary

The Scrum Master – Digital Workplace drives agile delivery across Endpoint Management, Messaging & Collaboration engineering and SRE teams. Acting as servant‑leader and delivery coach, this role removes impediments, facilitates ceremonies, and ensures teams deliver reliable, high‑quality Digital Workplace services. The Scrum Master bridges technical teams with stakeholders, aligning sprint outcomes to strategic roadmaps across Intune, Windows365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft365 platforms.

5–10+ years in IT delivery, with 3+ years as Scrum Master Experience in Digital Workplace, endpoint or M365 environments Proven delivery of technical engineering & SRE teams using Agile Familiarity with ITIL processes & change/incident management Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related discipline

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Practitioner (for scaled environments)
